Mariko Enomoto
Born 1982, resident in Tokyo. Influenced by her great-grandfather, who was a Japanese-style painter, she grew up in an environment with nature and painting from an early age. After studying fashion, she began painting on her own. In recent years, she has been involved in various genres of artwork, including book covers, theatre visuals and CD jackets, and has been the author of the novel Born in 1982, Kim Ji-young by Cho Nam-ju (Chikuma Shobo), the serialised novel The Yellow House by Kawakami Mieko She has illustrated the novel The Yellow House (Yomiuri Shimbun), among others.
