SHIPPING POLICY
Westerlind offers free USPS shipping on all domestic (USA) orders over $200 and is committed to delivering your purchase(s) as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via USPS Economy on business days in the United States (Monday–Friday) excluding major holidays. All shipments have a processing time of 48-96 hours if the merchandise is in stock.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Westerlind will send you the tracking number for your shipment, as provided by the shipping carrier, when your order is processed for shipment. Please allow at least 12 hours for the USPS website to update before seeking a tracking report. Once an order ships from Westerlind, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the USPS tracking number you are provided within your shipment confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Westerlind offers a flat rate fee of $39.99 for USPS First Class International shipping and a flat rate fee of $59.99 USPS Priority International shipping. Please note that all orders using Priority International USPS mail will NOT have tracking numbers in the country of the delivery address. Westerlind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves the Westerlind studio all responsibility for that package is held by the United States Post Office. If you opted for insurance and need to file a claim for a lost or stolen package, please do so there.
Westerlind reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed before shipment and the cancellation of an order may be made as a result of requested shipping destination, previous customer history, and any inconsistency related to the provided billing and shipping address. If your order is declined, we will credit your account within 24–48 hours.
