Due to a high order volume, and a small staff, you may experience some delays in shipping and response time. We promise, we will get to your order/inquiry. When will I receive my order confirmation?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder or check that you entered your email address properly. If you still haven’t received an email from us after 24 hours please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I receive my order?
We are a small business which means we have a small fulfilment team, so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. If your order is placed after 3p, it will be processed the following business day. Once your package ships from our warehouse, it typically arrives in 3-7 business days.
Please note: Fulfilment does not occur on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3p on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
How much is shipping?
For domestic orders:
ABOVE $200… we offer free USPS shipping.
For international orders:
we offer a flat rate fee of $29.99 for USPS First Class International shipping of uninsured packages and a flat rate fee of $50 for insured packages. Please note that all orders using First Class International USPS mail will NOT have tracking numbers.
If you would like to avoid shipping fees, we do offer in-store pickup. Simply choose this option from the shipping drop-down menu. Not all items are available for in-store pickup, or available at all locations.
Do you ship internationally?
We accept Domestic and International orders. International shipping rates do apply. Customers MUST pay all duties and taxes upon delivery. Be aware that due to both the pandemic and the overwhelmed Postal Service, some international orders are being delayed or held up at processing facilities in the USPS network. We cannot guarantee a timely delivery of your order, and once it is shipped there is little we can do to expedite the process.

Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
You can change or cancel your order until it ships. The quickest way to get a response regarding an order is to reach out to email@example.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash payments (in-store).
I got my order and something’s wrong. What do I do?

Do you offer price adjustments for past sales?
If you make a purchase and the item goes on sale within 24 hrs, we can offer a price adjustment. We do not offer price adjustments for items bought after the sale ends. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram so you never miss a sale!
I found the same item I just bought on sale somewhere else for cheaper, can you match their price?
Everything at Westerlind is carefully curated, and so, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate price matching.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards here or you can buy them in-store. All gift cards are valid for online and in-store use. Physical cards aren't available online right now, but when you order, we'll send the code either to you or to your giftee!
What is your return policy?
For in store purchases, we accept exchanges or returns for store credit only, within 14 days of purchase. Have your emailed receipt/ order # ready.
For online orders, we accept returns for refund and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items MUST be returned in their original condition or the return will be deemed unacceptable. Westerlind reserves the right to charge a $10 restocking fee per item that is returned (for items returned with pet hair, etc.).

Include the original packing slip, and add a note to let us know whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, please include what product you’d like to exchange it for.
