Westerlind will accept the return of unworn /unused goods within 14 days of a purchase with original tags attached. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer, not Westerlind. Please contact for return instructions. Note, that Westerlind reserves the right to charge a $10 restocking fee per item that is coming back. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
USPS Priority mail with tracking is recommended.
All sale or discount items are final sale. Sale items are not eligible for our store credit or exchange policy.
Back-ordered or pre-ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. Noted expected ship date may vary. You will be personally notified by a Westerlind representative for delays exceeding one week.

We uphold a high standard of quality control for all of our products and we guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. In the event that you receive a defective item (ie an item that arrives damaged before use), we will honor a refund or exchange for that item within two weeks (14 days) free of charge.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and return shipping label purchase options. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
